Understanding anxiety

Connections, 15a Westgate, Wakefield, West Yorkshire, WF1 1JZ

Face to Face Recovery College Courses (18+)

Would you like to know more about anxiety? Join us for our informal, informative workshop ‘understanding anxiety’.
During this session you will discover what anxiety is and its associated signs and symptoms. We will discuss issues surrounding the impact of this upon daily living and share strategies to manage anxiety.

This is a great opportunity to explore anxiety with others who are experiencing the same thing, safe in the knowledge that the facilitating team will include at least one person who has experience of anxiety themselves.
