Enrolment
You don’t need to be referred to attend anything with us as we work on a self-enrolment basis. so, if you’d like to book on to a course simply complete the enrolment form using the link below. You can list up to three courses that you’re interested in attending on your enrolment form. You only need to complete our enrolment form once, so if you would like to attend additional courses at a later date or have attended a course with us before, just give us a call or email us and we’ll book you a place.
Please note that not all fields on the enrolment form are mandatory, including the equality monitoring information that we collect. We collect this equality monitoring information anonymously so that we’re able to know how to best support our local population. Only those fields on the enrolment form marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory, so if you don’t feel like completing the equality monitoring information section, you can skip this part and submit the form without it.
And don’t forget…
By submitting your enrolment, it does not necessarily mean that you have been booked onto a course. Prior to having a place reserved on a course you’ll be contacted by phone by a member of the team regarding an Individual Learning Plan (ILP) where we can discuss your requirements and the courses you are interested in attending. You must therefore provide us with a telephone number to contact you on. If you’re already a student with us, we will just need a quick telephone conversation with you to check that nothing needs changing on your ILP since you last attended. We will then double check course availability and confirm your place on the course/s you are interested in. If you would like someone you know to support you in your learning plan, please either let us know via your enrolment form or get in touch with us via phone or email so that we can arrange this for you.
Courses close two weeks before start dates. If you require an interpreter, please note that you must enrol at least three weeks before the course start date to ensure that we have time to secure an available interpreter.
If you have not enrolled on a course and completed your Individual Learning Plan (ILP) with us before attending a course, you may be turned away for health and safety reasons. There may also not be enough space in the room to accommodate you, as many of our courses become fully booked very quickly.
We understand that sometimes it may be difficult to attend a full course, but if you can’t attend the very first session, or miss two sessions, we suggest that you re-enrol on a future date.
Finally, please be aware that if you provide us with an email address and/or mobile number, confirmation of course bookings and reminders will automatically be emailed or text to you. Please let us know if you don’t want this to be the case.
