Face to Face Recovery College Courses

If you find yourself suffering from shortness of breath, or support someone who experiences this – this may be the course for you. Co-produced and delivered in partnership with The Prince of Wales Hospice, this 2-hour session will give you an insight into the physiology of breathing, factors that can impact your breath and gain some insightful tips and techniques to manage breathlessness.
