Online Recovery College Courses
The course is intended for anyone who is interested in or has experience with mental health medications. The aim is to educate people and improve confidence around medication. This would provide learners with the knowledge and skills to manage their medication effectively.
Topics will cover the following:

- Why Routine Matters
- Taking Medication Safely
- Being Involved in Your Care

You are not referred to the Recovery College, you can simply enrol yourself, or on behalf of someone, for any of our courses that may be of interest to you. Our courses are open to all adults and we welcome carers, supporters and professionals too.
