Online Recovery College Courses

In this engaging 2.5 hour workshop, we’ll explore what depression is and uncover key facts about depression. Together, we’ll look at known causes and symptoms, discuss the impact depression can have on life, consider diagnosis and treatment options and share practical ways to manage symptoms and support wellbeing.

If you’re interested in developing a deeper awareness of what the experience of depression may mean for you or someone you care about, this session is for you.
