This introductory workshop could be for you if you are interested in developing an awareness of what the experience of depression may mean to you or someone you care about. During the course we will introduce and explore the nature of depression, discuss the impact of depression on life and explore diagnosis and treatment options, as well as ways of tackling symptoms of depression yourself.
