Yoga (Join in any week)

Online Recovery College Courses (18+)

Do you want to exercise or find a physical activity that doesn’t look as exhausting as some others? Why not give yoga a go?

Yoga is an ancient form of exercise that focuses on strength, flexibility and breathing to boost physical and mental wellbeing. The main components of yoga are postures (a series of movements designed to increase strength and flexibility) and breathing.

This is a roll on roll off course, join for as long as you like over the duration of the course. We will be offering 18 sessions, with breaks for school holidays and therefore the final session will be on the 26th May 2023.

How do I enrol?

You are not referred to the Recovery College, you can simply enrol yourself, or on behalf of someone, for any of our courses that may be of interest to you. Our courses are open to all adults and we welcome carers, supporters and professionals too.
