This introductory course could be for you if you are interested in developing an awareness of what the experience of depression may mean to you or someone you care about. During the course we will:
- Introduce and explore the nature of depression
- Discuss the impact of depression on life
- Discuss diagnosis and treatment options
- Explore practical ideas for tackling depression

You are not referred to the Recovery College, you can simply enrol yourself, or on behalf of someone, for any of our courses that may be of interest to you. Our courses are open to all adults and we welcome carers, supporters and professionals too.
