Online Recovery College Courses
Join us for this two-session course, where we’ll explore what anxiety is and uncover key facts. Together, we’ll look at common causes and symptoms, consider the impact anxiety can have on daily life, and explore diagnosis and treatment options. We’ll also share practical strategies to help manage symptoms and support wellbeing.
If you’d like to develop a deeper understanding of anxiety—whether for yourself or someone you care about—this course is for you.
