Understanding and managing self-harm

Online Recovery College Courses

Coming Soon

This two hour workshop, brought to you by our partner Battle Scars, aims to provide students with a better understanding of self-harm, as well as tools and ideas on how to manage such behaviour.

The workshop is run by people with personal experience and is full of activities and games designed to make learning fun and encourage discussion.

To ensure the wellbeing of participants in this online session, please note, you will be required to keep your video/camera on throughout the duration of the session.

How do I enrol?

You are not referred to the Recovery College, you can simply enrol yourself, or on behalf of someone, for any of our courses that may be of interest to you. Our courses are open to all adults and we welcome carers, supporters and professionals too.
