Do you want to exercise or find a physical activity that doesn’t look as exhausting as some others? Why not give yoga a go?
Yoga is an ancient form of exercise that focuses on strength, flexibility and breathing to boost physical and mental wellbeing. The main components of yoga are postures (a series of movements designed to increase strength and flexibility) and breathing.
These sessions will be online only until such a time Government guidance allows for face to face sessions.
This course is offered to you alongside our partner Vibe Fitness as part of the Health Inequalities Funding from the West Yorkshire and Harrogate Partnership.

How do I enrol?
You are not referred to the Recovery College, you can simply enrol yourself, or on behalf of someone, for any of our courses that may be of interest to you. Our courses are open to all adults and we welcome carers, supporters and professionals too.
