Do you want to exercise or find a physical activity that doesn’t look as exhausting as some others? Why not give yoga a go?

Yoga is an ancient form of exercise that focuses on strength, flexibility and breathing to boost physical and mental wellbeing. The main components of yoga are postures (a series of movements designed to increase strength and flexibility) and breathing.

These sessions will be online only until such a time Government guidance allows for face to face sessions.

This course is offered to you alongside our partner Vibe Fitness as part of the NHS Charities Together funding.

This is a roll on roll off course, join for as long as you like over the year period.
