This introductory workshop could be for you if you are interested in developing an awareness of what the experience of hearing voices may mean to you or someone you care about. We will be talking about:-

• How common hearing voices is

• Different ways of understanding hearing voices

• Some useful ways that people have found to help with hearing voices

You are not referred to the Recovery College, you can simply enrol yourself, or on behalf of someone, for any of our courses that may be of interest to you. Our courses are open to all adults and we welcome carers, supporters and professionals too.
