DUE TO THIS BEING AN AT-HOME, ONLINE COURSE, YOU WILL NEED TO PROVIDE YOUR OWN MATERIALS FOR EACH SESSION.

 

Resources you will need are:

 

Wk. 1 Homemade journal

·       Selection of different papers (old paper bags, old wrapping paper, magazines, old maps, old books – any paper, even new paper)

·       Scissors

·       Glue stick

·       A cardboard box from packaging, about 5mm thick

·       Two pieces of A4 thin ‘nice’ card or nice paper for the cover of your journal (you can also use thin cotton material)

·       Selection of stickers (optional)

·       Washi tape (optional)

·       Coloured pens/pencils/pastels (optional)

 

Wk. 2 Book page paper flower decoration

·       Old book/magazine or paper, at least 12 sheets of any size

·       Glue stick

·       Scissors

·       Coloured pens/pencils – (optional)

NB: Our crafting sessions often use equipment that may be more challenging to use if you have dexterity issues (such as pencils, scissors, and sewing equipment).

How do I enrol?

You are not referred to the Recovery College, you can simply enrol yourself, or on behalf of someone, for any of our courses that may be of interest to you. Our courses are open to all adults and we welcome carers, supporters and professionals too.
