Turning Point Talking Therapies workshops

It’s not uncommon for women to feel low in mood and anxious around their menstrual cycle.

This workshop is for those who would like to understand their symptoms and how to manage their mood during a menstrual cycle, which includes self-help interventions including the importance of tracking your cycle, implementing self-care and some holistic suggestions as well.

This workshop will provide the space to have open discussions about some shared experiences of menstrual health and mood, in hopes that it can reduce the stigma and shame, and more importantly to feel heard.

How do I enrol?

You are not referred to the Recovery College, you can simply enrol yourself, or on behalf of someone, for any of our courses that may be of interest to you. Our courses are open to all adults and we welcome carers, supporters and professionals too.
