Online Recovery College Courses
Join us in this 2hr workshop to discover what the term ‘burnout’ means. During this session you will:
- define and explore the different factors relating to burnout.
- recognise the signs and symptoms that are commonly associated with it.
- begin to understand ways to avoid burning out!
- learn practical coping strategies to maintain a healthy life balance.
This workshop is suitable for anybody who would like to know more about burnout and how it is differs from day-to-day stress, and maybe particularly useful for those who have experienced burnout.

You are not referred to the Recovery College, you can simply enrol yourself, or on behalf of someone, for any of our courses that may be of interest to you. Our courses are open to all adults and we welcome carers, supporters and professionals too.
