Face to Face Recovery College Courses (18+)

Live the life you want to live.  Join these female-led, supportive and empowering wellness sessions for women, in which meaningful wellbeing activities for self development and healing can be learned, practiced and developed.

Each session consists of a group wellness activity session, a short woodland walk (on campus) and will end with light refreshments. Please note that due to COVID-19 restrictions, these will be not be able to be provided for you. Please ensure that you bring your own drink. Please ensure you wear appropriate clothing and footwear for the weather.

Thrive is co-facilitated in partnership with Bring Me To Life – Women’s Wellness CIC, by a Mental Health & Wellbeing Coach, accredited by the NHS Personalised Care Institute.

Please note, the course will run between March 2022 and July 2022, covering weekly sessions, but there will be a breaks during the course for the school holidays and bank holidays. Session 1 (11th March) will be an introductory session, with no session on the 18th March and the full course commencing on Friday 25th March 2022.

You are not referred to the Recovery College, you can simply enrol yourself, or on behalf of someone, for any of our courses that may be of interest to you. Our courses are open to all adults and we welcome carers, supporters and professionals too.
