Face to Face Recovery College Courses
Have you ever wanted to try exercising with weights or try and build your confidence, strength and muscle tone, but don’t like the idea of going to a traditional gym?
Working with our partner Vibe Fitness, you can come along and learn how to use weights appropriately in an exercise class that’s fun, supportive and in an encouraging environment with others who feel the same. The session will be tailored to meet your own strengths, abilities and limitations.
Please ensure you bring a bottle of water with you and wear appropriate clothing and footwear for exercise.

How do I enrol?
You are not referred to the Recovery College, you can simply enrol yourself, or on behalf of someone, for any of our courses that may be of interest to you. Our courses are open to all adults and we welcome carers, supporters and professionals too.
