Face to Face Recovery College Courses

Fully Booked

Would you like to learn new recipes and ways of cooking that also happen to be good for you? Working alongside guidance from the British Dietetic Association, the Grow Wakefield team will help you to gain the confidence and skills to get more hands-on in the kitchen, whilst making healthier choices. Please note that all recipes taught in this session will be vegetarian and you might even get the opportunity to use veggies that have been grown on site by the Grow Wakefield team!

If you’re interested in heathy, low-cost cooking options, why not also check out our Eating Well on a Budget booklet, produced to help us all out during the cost-of-living crisis.
