Introduction to Aromatherapy’ will help you discover the origins of this ancient holistic treatment. Over the duration of this 4-week course you will be introduced to the history and methodology of essential oils. Discover more information about carrier oils, essential oils, their benefits and most importantly how to use them safely. You will have the opportunity to learn a hand and forearm massage through demonstration by our expert tutor and will have the chance to practice these techniques using self-massage upon yourself. These massage movements can be adapted and transferred to other areas of the body for personal use. This course is for anyone who would like to discover the basic essentials of aromatherapy in a fun, inclusive and safe environment.
