Improving your mindset (16+)

Space Station, 6 Denby Dale Road Wakefield WF1 1HR

Face to Face Recovery College Courses

Join us in this 2-hour workshop to establish how to improve your moments by making a positive contribution to your mindset.  You will learn to recognise how you feel and identify what works for you to regulate your mood. You will discover and rebuild consistent strategies that reinforce and rebalance your sense of self by participating in group activities. Whether embarking upon your journey to wellness, or revisiting it, or strengthening it, this session will support you to be authentically you.

This workshop is part of a trilogy of sessions that are designed by the same facilitator and aim to compliment one another. They are running consecutively for 3 weeks, you can either book on to this session as a one off or multiple weeks by booking them separately.
