This course will provide an overview of ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder) in adulthood.
We will cover topics such as: What is ADHD? What causes ADHD? The connection between ADHD and physical and mental health.
We will challenge some of the misconceptions about ADHD and look at ways in which adults with ADHD can live fulfilling and successful lives with or without a diagnosis.
This course is for anyone interested in learning more about ADHD in adulthood.
The course may be suitable for people or loved ones of those who have or suspect that they may have ADHD, are wondering about pursuing a diagnostic assessment, or want practical strategies to manage ADHD.
