Online Recovery College Courses

This 3-week course will give you the chance to develop your self-expression.

Reflective writing will provide opportunities to compose your thoughts and feelings in response to poems prose and prompts from our tutors. This course will offer you a safe space to write in a supportive and confidential environment. Reflective writing is not about spelling punctuation or gramma it is simply capturing your thoughts, beliefs, and experiences in a way that is distinctly your own helping you become more self-aware. Each week will focus on a different theme where you will be invited to listen and then respond to how the words impacted on you through guided activities by the tutor. This course aims to encourage students towards self-exploration finding, a deeper connection with their own values and aspirations, supporting personal development and enhancing wellbeing.
