Online Recovery College Courses
Join us to experience the joy of being part of a shared reading group where you will experience positive interactions with others. Reading is a pastime that is easily accessible, cost very little and has many benefits.
The group will enable you to increase your confidence, expand your vocabulary reduce stress, aid relaxation, improve concentration, reduce social isolation, and improve emotional and psychological wellbeing.
You will be introduced to a variety of authors and poets. There will be opportunities to discuss key points and share your opinions. You can make suggestions for the group or share your favourite stories. You can sit back and be read to or read aloud, there is no pressure to perform, the level of participation is entirely up to you.

How do I enrol?
You are not referred to the Recovery College, you can simply enrol yourself, or on behalf of someone, for any of our courses that may be of interest to you. Our courses are open to all adults and we welcome carers, supporters and professionals too.
