Living with long-covid and post-covid (18+)
Online only
Online Recovery College Courses
This workshop will be co-facilitated by tutors who have experience of Covid-19 and living with long-covid.
This short, online session aims to provide information for people who have long-covid symptoms, looking at the help and support out there by sharing stories and advice, linking you with others going through something similar. The first hour of the workshop is largely information about the topic and support avenues, with the final 30 minutes being dedicated to a question and answer session and opportunities to look at future support networks.
