Online Recovery College Courses
Come and enjoy fun facts and health promotion through this three week course facilitated by Chelsey and Gail. Learn how to develop further skills, gain confidence, maybe even a new hobby, as well as learn about the health benefits and alternatives that can be used. We’ll even have fun quizzes along the way in this easy, no stress and fun course!
3 EASY recipes:
Week 1 – No Bake Cheesecake (White Chocolate & Strawberries)
Week 2 – Pitta Bread Pizza
Week 3 – Smoothies
Please note, you will need to purchase the ingredients for these yourself. Recipes will be sent to you a few days before the course to enable you to buy these ingredients and have these for each session. You will also need to have the following equipment at home to enable you to make each recipe:

- Tart tin/ quiche tin either will do
- Rolling pin/ blender to crush biscuits
- Medium/Large saucepan
- Whisk and Large mixing bowl
- Cling film
- Chopping board
- Kitchen knife
- Teaspoon

How do I enrol?
You are not referred to the Recovery College, you can simply enrol yourself, or on behalf of someone, for any of our courses that may be of interest to you. Our courses are open to all adults and we welcome carers, supporters and professionals too.
