“Wellness Through the Seasons” – How nature connectedness boosts positive health and wellbeing
Take a moment to pause and explore the powerful impact that nature can have on your wellbeing.
Nature Connectedness through the Seasons is an interactive and inspiring course that explores how connecting with the natural world can help us feel happier, calmer, and more resilient. Through discussion, reflection, and practical ideas, you’ll learn about the evidence behind nature’s positive effects on health and wellbeing, while sharing your own experiences and observations.
Each of the four seasonal sessions celebrates the unique sights, sounds, and changes that nature brings throughout the year. From noticing the first signs of spring to embracing the beauty of winter, you’ll explore simple and accessible ways to connect with nature in everyday life, whether from home, in your local community, or during time spent outdoors.
Join us online to be inspired, discover the benefits of nature connectedness, and learn small, practical ways to bring more of the natural world into your day, whatever the season.
If you’d like to, please bring along a natural item to share with the group, such as a leaf, flower, pebble, shell, photograph, or another object from nature that means something to you.
