• The vicious cycle of anxiety
• How anxiety impacts on life
• How anxiety can be managed
This is a great opportunity to explore anxiety with others who are experiencing the same thing and will also look at the additional anxieties faced due to the Covid-19 pandemic.

You are not referred to the Recovery College, you can simply enrol yourself, or on behalf of someone, for any of our courses that may be of interest to you. Our courses are open to all adults and we welcome carers, supporters and professionals too.
