Easy meals

Face to Face Recovery College Courses (18+)

Coming Soon

This course aims to provide students with an understanding of the basic skills required to cook quick and easy meals.

In small groups, with dedicated facilitators, students will learn about the techniques and equipment used in cooking, how to follow a recipe and health, safety and hygiene in the kitchen. Students will cook different meals each week and at the end of the course should be comfortable cooking for themselves and others.

Please note: Students will need to bring a suitable container each week to store their finished product.

Cost

The College will provide all basic ingredients for each session, however, students will need to buy any additional ingredients they may wish to add.

How do I enrol?

You are not referred to the Recovery College, you can simply enrol yourself, or on behalf of someone, for any of our courses that may be of interest to you. Our courses are open to all adults and we welcome carers, supporters and professionals too.
