Face to Face Discovery College Courses (for 16-25 year olds)
Using items found around the home these cute gonks are made from wool and cardboard tubing (kitchen rolls), fun things to keep or give to others.
Crafting can provide you with a means of expressing yourself through creativity whilst distracting you from your ailments, anything negative in your lives.
Crafting can also provide you with a sense of purpose, empowering you to try new things to help build your confidence.
This is a chance to relax, connect with other like-minded people in a calm and safe environment.

How do I enrol?
You are not referred to the Recovery College, you can simply enrol yourself, or on behalf of someone, for any of our courses that may be of interest to you. Our courses are open to all adults and we welcome carers, supporters and professionals too.
