Navigating celebrations and expectations (16+)

Online Recovery College Courses
Celebrations can bring joy, connection, and a sense of belonging, but they can also create pressure, stress, and difficult emotions. Whether it’s birthdays, holidays, family gatherings, cultural events, religious festivities or personal milestones, expectations from ourselves and others can sometimes impact our wellbeing.
Join us for a 2 hour online workshop to navigate the stressors that celebrations may bring, reflect on the expectations we face, and develop some practical hints and tips to deal with the financial, emotional, spiritual and social concerns you may have in the lead up to the event.
Already enrolled with the College? Then just give us a call on 01924 316946 or email wakefieldrecoverycollege@swyt.nhs.uk to book on to the course.
