Boogie Bounce (16-25)
Face to Face Discovery College Courses (for 16-25 year olds)
Do you want to try a new, fun and different type of activity to help with your fitness?

The aim isn’t to bounce high or perform gymnastic tricks, but to perform a series of small, controlled movements including our key moves – Froggin’, Stompin’ and the Paddle.
