Quitting smoking (DC ONLY)

If you’re thinking about quitting smoking but just don’t know how, need a bit of support or want to find the best alternative for you, come along to our Quitting Smoking session.

This one hour workshop will allow you to chat with someone who’s been where you are and to chat with a smoking cessation professional who can guide you through the next steps.

How do I enrol?

You are not referred to the Recovery College, you can simply enrol yourself, or on behalf of someone, for any of our courses that may be of interest to you. Our courses are open to all adults and we welcome carers, supporters and professionals too.
