Face to Face Recovery College Courses (18+)
During this two hour workshop, brought to you by our partner Battle Scars, students and tutors will have an open discussion around eating disorders, aiming to increase awareness of the complex world of this topic, challenging myths and looking at the reality of living with and supporting someone with an eating disorder. Together, we will explore different types of eating disorders, the impact of eating disorders on physical and mental health, possible causes and coping techniques.

You are not referred to the Recovery College, you can simply enrol yourself, or on behalf of someone, for any of our courses that may be of interest to you. Our courses are open to all adults and we welcome carers, supporters and professionals too.
